Shortcuts is one of world’s leading software providers for the hair and beauty industry with their products being utilised in more than 14,000 salons and 45 countries worldwide. Shortcuts partnered with Driven to design and develop a new website that was to be a true reflection of the business, their product, and how they engage with their customers on a global level.
Not only were Driven tasked with creating a brand new, bespoke design that had to stand out against Shortcuts’ competitors, we had to also develop a fully customised, user-centric approach to content delivery across three global websites.
Driven were tasked with developing a custom CMS build, that was built around complex integrations with Shortcuts’ CRM – allowing for the dynamic delivery of content based on user interactions with the website. Beauty salons, clinics, barber shops, or any of the sub-industries that Shortcuts’ clients belong to – by engaging in simple interactions with the website, the user was then able to be served content that was specific to their industry.
The site launched just before Christmas in 2017 with immediate effect. 77 leads in the first 9 days of January 2018 compared to 88 leads for entire month of January the previous year.
We were able to provide Shortcuts with the ability to create their own layouts for future landing pages and content through the development of our unique and user-friendly dynamic page builder – giving the client the freedom and flexibility to not rely on designers and developers to make new pages for them in the future.
