KAILO is a world-class full service, holistic beauty and wellbeing medispa. Located in the exclusive Calile Hotel on James Street, KAILO offers a range of luxury skin, beauty, wellness and cosmetic aesthetic treatments individually tailored to each guest.

With many years experience owning and operating multi-award winning spas, the founders approached Driven to define a brand strategy and visual identity that would bring their newest venture to life.

Creating the brand

Driven facilitated several stakeholder workshops to uncover the values and attributes of the new brand. The name, KAILO, is taken from early Indo-European dialect and means ‘whole and good omen’. It was selected in reference to the medispa’s holistic approach to health and beauty.

We crafted an elegantly sophisticated, bespoke logotype that reflects the high-end luxury experiences on offer.

Organically Inspired

Reflecting the natural products offered to guests, we developed a range of organic imagery that could be used across branded materials.

Driven worked in close partnership with the architects, ensuring that the interior design and brand identity worked hand in hand. The end result is a consistent, holistic brand experience across all touchpoints.
